- Hot dipped galvanised after welding
- Split side gates on both sides of the Crush
- 2 x anti-backing heights - one shorter system for calves and the other for adult cattle
- Additional access gates within top half gates - great for EID wand access or injections around the neck area
- Squeeze system that reduces internal width of the Crush down to 410mm
- Mechanical locking head bail which can be operated anywhere along the Crush
- Compatible with off-side drafting handle kit
- Comes fitted with a Numat rubber mat (heavy duty Canadian rubber mats)
- Heavy duty slam latches with heavy duty rubber handles
- Heavy duty 80x50x4mm steel framing with additional bracing and gussets where it matters.
The head bail can be operated anywhere along the Crush by simply sliding the handle along the side, allowing the operator to control the Sliding Gate and Head Bail from any position—whether up by the head or at the back of the Crush, out of the line of sight.
Thanks to the diamond-shaped neck yoke, you no longer have to contend with cattle tossing their heads up and down once secured. We have limited the range of movement compared to models with a straight neck yoke design. If needed, we can provide a 'neck yoke insert' for calves that require a lower profile.
Every Crush comes with a high-quality Canadian rubber mat (by Numat). These mats feature cleats designed to catch cattle feet and reduce slipping within theCrush. Additionally, the mat absorbs rattling noise that would otherwise be amplified by a standard steel floor.
